We are a community-based organization serving terminally ill and their families. Hospice of the Palmetto State covers Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Lee, Marion, & Marlboro Counties.
To bridge the gap in the circle of life by providing people near the end of their journeys with physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort through compassion, service and support.
Our philosophy revolves around the importance of advocating the needs of the terminally ill. Hospice care neither hastens death, nor prolongs life but strives to make death a natural part of life.
